-- need to have even 1 permit on your inventory
IMPORTANT:: your dummy account must be your neighbor ( I personally have only 3 dummy account. The more dummy accounts, the more zoning permit )
1. open your main account.then play cityville
2. after loading.. click the gift on the bottom as you see on the picture.
3.then you will see the inventory...click it.
4.look for the zoning permit item click it and click share..
5.you will see the `post to your wall`..... right click it... you will see
``open link to new window``
6. copy the link..
7. now go to your dummy account and paste the link on a new tab.[ if your dummy got 5 permits make 5 new tabs]
8.now you`ll see gift button..right click it all on the tabs you made
9.wait till it finished loading
10. after you sent all the permits go back to your main account
11.refresh your cityville game...
12.. violah!!!!!!!!! now you got all permits of your dummy account
